Mountain bike tour „Kleiner Grenzverkehr“ (Local border traffic)
This tour for committed cyclists covers more than 25 km in Austria and Germany, climbing some 763 metres in around 3.5 hours. The beautiful panoramic trail starts in the Kleinwalsertal and reaches Oberstdorf before following the Breitach river back to the start near by Mittelberg.
Mountain bike technique classes and ebike hire
If you don’t yet feel sure of yourself on steep terrain, it’s best to attend an MTB technique course in advance and learn the key manoeuvres from the professionals. This will ensure that you enjoy stress-free mountain biking in the Walser mountains of the Kleinwalsertal.
If you’d rather take it easy, then why not try out an ebike tour, allowing less proficient mountain bikers to reach the highest summits. Ebike hire is available in Mittelberg and Riezlern in the Kleinwalsertal.
